Akinleye Nifemi, 38 years old, is a widow with 3 daughters. She lost her husband 9 years ago and since then, she has been struggling to make ends meet with no support coming her way from both her family and the family of her late husband.
Living together with her kids in a single room apartment in deplorable conditions in Lafenwa Area of Ota, Ado Odo Ota Local Government area of Ogun State, Nigeria, life has never been easy for her, especially with the current poor and crippling economic situation in Nigeria.
But recently, light shone at the end of the tunnel for Mrs. Nifemi when she was invited for the Jem-Crown Charity Foundation meeting around her neighborhood.
With financial and material help she was given by Jem-Crown Foundation, she is now a proud owner of a mobile food vending service and hawking it to meet the ever increasing needs of her customers.
Mrs. Akinleye Nifemi has been a 3-times beneficiary of our charity, since the inception of this program within Ogun State, Nigeria.
Her life has experienced a dramatic turnaround as her face now beams with smiles.
